The Heart Space is a sacred gathering for those on a path of healing, awakening, and deeper connection—with themselves, with each other, and with the divine. This is more than just a monthly group meditation. It’s a soul-centered space to be seen, heard, supported, and reminded that you’re not alone on this journey. Each session is grounded in stillness, inner transformation, and authentic spiritual presence.

My deepest heart is for anyone and everyone who feels called to be a part of this space to have a place in it. I don’t want money to be a barrier—ever. That said, I do have a paywall in place for two reasons: one, to protect the integrity of the group from those who may not be genuinely interested in the experience; and two, because it helps support the time, energy, and love that go into holding this space.
