TERMS OF SERVICE & COMMUNITY AGREEMENT
Welcome to The Heart Space (the "Community"). By purchasing a membership, requesting to join, or participating in any community activities, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not join or access the Community.
1. Nature of the Service (Coaching vs. Medical Disclaimer)
The Community offers group coaching, educational content, and personal development mentorship operated by Logan Barone LLC and facilitated by Logan Barone (collectively referred to as the "Facilitator").
Not Therapy or Medical Advice: The content, live calls, discussions, and materials provided within this Community are for personal growth, educational, and informational purposes only. Coaching is not psychotherapy, mental health counseling, psychiatry, or medical treatment.
No Professional Relationship: Participation in this group does not establish a clinical therapist-client relationship. If you are experiencing severe psychological distress or a mental health crisis, you must seek the care of a licensed medical or mental health professional. You agree that you are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
2. Media Release & Recording Consent
The Community features live interactive group calls that are recorded and uploaded to the community platform for the benefit of all members.
Consent to Record: By participating in live calls, unmuting your microphone, or turning on your camera, you grant Logan Barone LLC irrevocable permission to record your voice, image, likeness, and shared statements.
Internal Distribution: You agree that these recordings will be hosted on the Skool platform (or any successor platform) and will be viewable by current and future members of the Community.
No Compensation: You waive any right to royalties, financial compensation, or approval rights regarding the use of these recordings within the scope of the Community.
3. Strict Group Confidentiality
To maintain a safe space for transformation, intimacy requires absolute trust.
Non-Disclosure: You explicitly agree to keep all personal stories, breakthroughs, struggles, identity details, and vulnerabilities shared by other members strictly confidential.
No External Sharing: You are strictly prohibited from downloading, screen-recording, sharing, or discussing any live call footage or member data outside of the private Community platform. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of your membership without a refund, and may subject you to legal liability.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, concepts, frameworks, video recordings, modules, and written content provided within the Community are the sole intellectual property of Logan Barone LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the material for personal use only. You may not copy, resell, repurpose, or teach this material externally without express written permission.
5. Termination of Access
Logan Barone LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any member from the Community at any time for behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates the spirit of the safe container. In the event of a breach of confidentiality or intellectual property, access will be revoked immediately without a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logan Barone LLC and Logan Barone shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Community or use of the materials provided. You agree to indemnify and hold Logan Barone LLC and Logan Barone harmless from any claims arising out of your actions within the space.
